Finally McKaylah Cooporates

Matt finally felt McKaylah move last night! It was really funny to watch his reaction. We were watching TV and my back was propped against the arm of the couch. I don't know if it was because of my position or due to her growth, but she started kicking me up by my left ribs. I had never felt her up there so it startled me to say the least. I waited for a few minutes and when she continued to let me know she was there I asked Matt to come see if he could feel it. He stood behind me with his hand on my belly. I was worried because in all the past attempts McKaylah would suddenly quit kicking whenever Matt tried to feel her. But not last night. The first time he felt her, I looked up and his eyes were as big as golf balls and he laughed. The second time she kicked him though, he scared me. He shrieked and jumped backwards about three feet. It startled me and made me jump which I think sent McKaylah back into hiding. Needless to say, it was quite the moment. So after that he has persistantly kept asking me if she is kicking. When we were going to bed last night he even asked if I would wake him up if I felt her kicking. All I could do was laugh. I have been feeling her for well over a month, but it's really special to finally share it with Matt.
